I already have Chris's Older Qigong Program. Is it the same?
This is a new program, recorded in May 2022, and features 2 or 3 movements that were a part of the older program but also includes a wider variety of new movements which were not taught in the previous program. This new video program is highly recommended for those who would like to add more options to their current practice.
What's included in this Qigong Program?
There are 11 postures included in the course + a warm-up & a Meditation section. In total, there are around 1 and a half to 2 hours of video material. Chris goes in-depth with every posture to make sure you do them correctly. There is also an introduction video explaining the basics of Qigong and a conclusion video with tips on how to get the most out of your practice.
