There is much conversation out there with regards to semen retention and the circulation of a mans sexual energy. Much of this information is inaccurate, ineffective, and in some cases very detrimental to a mans health. Many men who have committed themselves to a ´NoFap´ lifestyle, have done so without any true understanding of their own energy-flow. Men end up extinguishing their sexual fire in the attempt to gain more sexual control, while creating internal stagnation along the way.
